In 2003, two companies specializing in commercial property maintenance construction, Triamid Construction of
Central California, Inc. and Commercial Property Maintenance Construction (CPMC) formed a joint venture which
is named Triamid Facilities and Maintenance of California, Inc. 

Each company had developed retail and other commercial clients with stores and properties throughout the entire
Northern California Region. Triamid Construction was based in the San Francisco Area and CPMC (a division of
Maloney and Bell General Contractors, Inc. of California) was based in the Sacramento, CA/Reno, NV area.  By
joining forces, Triamid Facilities and Maintenance of California, Inc offers clients with multiple locations throughout Northern California the opportunity to have all their maintenance and construction needs met with one phone call.  We now provide:

              A much larger service area -
                    serving all of Northern California including the entire Sacramento and San Francisco areas
              A quicker response time -
                    dispatching from two locations, Rancho Cordova, CA (Sacramento area) and
                    Livermore, CA (San Francisco Bay Area)
              Many more service technicians  -
                    combining the trained work forces of the two companies
              A broader range of services -
                    provided more quickly and efficiently with in-house on-call technicians
